​​Meghan Watson is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder and owner of Bloom Psychology & Wellness, a therapy practice based in Toronto. In her everyday clinical work, Meghan focuses on education and support for individuals struggling with understanding their emotions, managing stress, and establishing healthy relationships through a relational, radical self compassion, growth focused and self acceptance lens.  

Meghan received her Masters (M.A.) in Mental Health Counselling and Behavioural Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine, and has worked in both the US and Canada in the fields of eating disorders, LGBT2SQ and gender affirming health care, substance use and behavioural addictions, complex trauma, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Outside of the therapy room, Meghan is also a writer, consultant and content creator. Through these avenues, she works closely with with organizations and companies in developing holistic, thoughtful mental health projects with an intersectional perspective on mental health.
