Service Delivery Review
After an RFP process, Optimus SBR was the successful consultant to assist Dufferin County in carrying out a service delivery review. The review consists of Part A – Shared Services/Resources and Part B- County internal operations and Human/Community Services. Each part had three phases with a number of deliverables.
