Every year Dufferin County gives out FREE home energy efficiency kits at events throughout the community!
*Please note the fridge thermometer has been replaced by a hot water temperature check card. In most homes, water tanks are set to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, when 120 degrees Fahrenheit is suitable. This water temperature card shows you to see whether or not the proper settings are in place. For every 10 degrees the temperature is reduced, $10 can be saved per year on water heating costs.
