Dufferin Oaks Long Term Care Home
Dufferin Oaks is a non-profit Long Term Care Home owned and operated by the County of Dufferin under standards established by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
Under the direction of the Ministry of Long Term Care due to COVID-19, only essential visitors are permitted and only those passing a screening process as they enter. Essential visitors are defined as “someone who is visiting a resident who is dying or who is gravely ill”.
In an effort to keep residents connected to their loved ones, the Activation Team at Dufferin Oaks launched the CONNECT 2U program. Click here to learn more.
Our volunteers are invaluable to us! They play a crucial role in enhancing every aspect of the quality of life at Dufferin Oaks, including friendly visiting, assisting with activities, auxiliary, entertainment, etc.
