Community members are invited to attend a meeting on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 6 pm for the election of Dufferin County’s 149th Warden at the Dufferin County Administrative Offices at 55 Zina Street.

The Warden acts as the head of County Council. The Election of the Warden will take place in the atrium of 55 Zina Street, followed by a reception. Attendees can enter through the front doors on Zina Street or the back doors on Elizabeth Street off the parking lot.

Due to technical limitations, the election will not be live streamed.

The reception will be followed by a regular County Council meeting in the Sutton Room at 55 Zina Street. The regular Council meeting can be streamed on the County’s website.
