Help inform Dufferin County’s Long-Term Waste Management Strategy Update! Take the fall survey
Dufferin County is updating its current Long-Term Waste Management Strategy and wants to hear from residents and program users!
In 2018, Dufferin County completed its first Long-Term Waste Management Strategy (LTWMS). Options for programs and services to help meet Dufferin’s waste reduction and diversion goals and future planning were included.
It’s time to update the Strategy so that the County can plan for the next five years and beyond.
Community members are invited to take a few minutes to fill out the survey to tell the County about their experiences with and ideas for waste services and the County’s various programs, including waste reduction and diversion.
Those who fill out the fall survey and enter their email address will be entered for a chance to win one of ten $25 gift cards to a Dufferin-area retailer or restaurant of their choice!
The survey can be completed by visiting Join in Dufferin, emailing the County’s Waste Services Division at wastestrategy@dufferincounty.ca for an electronic copy or by visiting the County’s offices at 55 Zina St. Orangeville for a paper copy.
The survey will be open until Friday, December 8 at noon!
